HepCare (Hepatitis C antiviral therapy failure Registry)

This registry aims to collect virological and clinical information on Hepatitis C patients failing treatment with direct-acting antivirals (DAA’s), in order the clinical and virological correlates of failure.

The Hepatitis C antiviral therapy failure Registry (HepCare) is now open for submissions.


If you wish to submit samples to the database, please notify Antoinet van Kessel at the ESAR Coordination Office via  a.vankessel-4@umcutrecht.nl. You will then receive a login name and password, which will grant you access to the secured database hosted by Luxembourg Institute of Health. You can access the database via the button on the ESAR homepage.

The website supports submission of individual patient datasets only. If you would like to submit a large number of patients, please notify the ESAR Coordination Center for further information.

Prior to submission, each participant is requested to sign a data transfer agreement. We request that you sign the agreement and return it to the ESAR office.
